THE LEGACY – of Anne Marie Carl-Nielsen presents new works by artists Nanna Abell, Nina Beier, Hannah Heilmann, Sophia Kalkau, Marie Lund, Rasmus Myrup, Tal R, Jytte Rex, Torben Ribe og Sif Itona Westerberg. In the context of their own practice, the artists have revisited the work of one of Denmark’s most important sculptors Anne Marie Carl-Nielsen (1863-1945). The exhibition connects her historically important and distinctive artistic statements to a contemporary context of prominent artists.
